Job Details
Developing, implementing and managing an organization’s compliance program. Planning, implementing and overseeing risk-related programs. Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues.
- Ensure all the compliance & regulatory guidelines aspects are monitored, practiced and observed at all times.
- Create awareness and acceptable level of code of conduct & adherence to the rules and guidelines.
- Participate in all audit assessment including monitor the compliance performance.
- Emphasis monthly track reports on compliance and audit assessments.
- Able to conduct basic trainings.
- Able to work within a strict time frame.
- Related working experience in a Collection Agency or a Call Center will be an added advantage
- Fast leaner & able to work independently without much supervision
- Must be able to interact at all levels.
