Collection Manager / Team Leader

Job Details
  • Manage a team of recovery officers especially in ensuring collections are up to par with targets set
  • Sets Credit & Collection operations productivity targets and monitors achievement monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes.
  • To handle inbound and out bound calls regarding overdue/over limit accounts
  • Update Account status and database frequently
  • Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner
  • Exhibits strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using collection software and tools
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
