Collection Manager / Team Leader
Job Details
- Manage a team of recovery officers especially in ensuring collections are up to par with targets set
- Sets Credit & Collection operations productivity targets and monitors achievement monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes.
- To handle inbound and out bound calls regarding overdue/over limit accounts
- Update Account status and database frequently
- Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Exhibits strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using collection software and tools
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
